Founder Program · Global Ventures Ecosystem
An invitation to become part of something greater
Being a Founder means helping to shape the Global Ventures Ecosystem from the very beginning — as an early participant in an international network building a long-term venture ecosystem together.
The program
What the Founder Program is
The Founder Unit is a contractual participation and membership unit of the Global Ventures Ecosystem. As a Founder, you become part of an international network of entrepreneurs, founders and visionaries who share in building a long-term venture ecosystem.
It is not a product you buy, but a role you take on: that of an early co-creator. Founders carry forward the idea of a connected ecosystem — across industries, cultures and borders.
The Founder Unit
What Founder status means — and what it does not
Transparency is part of our stance. That is why we clearly describe the role the Founder Unit conveys and the claims that are expressly not associated with it.
What the Founder Unit expresses
- The role of an early participant and co-creator of the ecosystem
- Belonging to an international Founder community
- Sharing in the common vision of a long-term venture ecosystem
- Access to information, network and future ecosystem offerings
What is expressly not granted
- No capital investment and no investment product
- On its own, the Founder Unit establishes no present economic claims in the company or in individual projects
- On its own, the Founder Unit establishes no present claims to profit, returns or distributions
- No earnings guarantees and no financial promises of any kind
Founder Status
Different roles, shared vision
The Founder Program may include different Founder statuses. These reflect a Founder's role and involvement within the program. The specific structure and possible program-related elements will be transparently developed and communicated by Global Ventures Ecosystem.
